We get it. Sometimes a purchase doesn't work out. Returns for items sold online are accepted for 30 days after date of purchase.

What is your return policy?

Online purchases:

Returns are accepted for 30 days after date of purchase.*

* Due to safety concerns, all fuel, food, helmets, climbing gear and safety items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-store purchases:

  • FERAL Rewards Members receive a lifetime satisfaction guarantee.*
  • For non-rewards members, all returns/exchanges must be processed within 90 days of purchase. 

* Due to safety concerns, all fuel, food, helmets, climbing gear and safety items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for refund. Used, sample, and demo items may only be returned for store credit.

Are there final sale items?

All items marked final sale at time of purchase are not eligible for returns. Due to safety concerns, all fuel, food, helmets, climbing gear and safety items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

What is Checkout+?

We offer customers the option to pay a small fee at checkout that unlocks free returns and exchanges as well as insurance on your deliveries.

Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded and it cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

Can I return an online order in-store?

Yes! If you live near one of our shops in Denver, CO or Grand Rapids, MI, we're happy to process your online return or exchange in-store. If not, please click here to initiate your return.

How do I return a purchase made in-store?

If you made a purchase at our Denver or Grand Rapids store, you will need to return that purchase directly to the shop. Unfortunately, our returns portal can't be used for in-store purchases.
