Located in the eclectic Uptown business district on Wealthy Street, FERAL Grand Rapids opened its doors in 2024. Harkening back to the days in our original tiny bungalow, the Grand Rapids shop offers a curated mix of new and used gear and apparel.

What can you expect when you visit the shop?

Our in-store assortment is about 50% new, 50% used. We think you should always be able to choose when it is (or isn't) the right time to buy something second hand.

Want to explore a large selection of new and used ski jackets? Perfect, we've got you. Need a piece of technical climbing gear that might be responsible for saving your life one day? You'll probably want to buy that new. But either way, you're in control.

What does FERAL sell?

We have a large selection of used outdoor gear and technical clothing as well as new hiking, camping, backpacking, climbing, and winter gear and apparel.

Used gear rolls in daily, so swing by and see what great deals you can find!
Are dogs allowed?

Absolutely! We are dog friendly. Our dogs spend as much time on the trail as we do, and we know many of you have adventure pups as well. Well-behaved dogs will always be welcome at FERAL.
