14er week is upon us!!

**NOTE** All tent reservations are 100% full. If you plan to camp out on Saturday, please ensure that you bring your own tent.

Thursday, July 28th @ 6pm – Quick Q&A and hike overview at Feral Mountain Co. for anyone that wants details on what to expect and what to pack.

Saturday, July 30th @ 6pm – Group camping near Grays/Torreys trailhead, with gear testing and some other surprises. Details on the exact location are provided below. Arrive anytime after 6pm.

Sunday, June 5th @ 6am – Meet at the  trailhead to begin hike. 4×4 or vehicle with clearance recommended for the final few miles up the road to the trailhead. Trailhead address is 3025 Stevens Gulch Rd. Silver Plume, CO 80476. Google Map location: LINK

Logistics/Directions

Camping:

Once again, Mountain Hardwear will be onsite and will be providing a tent for your use for the first 15 people that reserve a spot. All tents have officially been reserved. If you haven’t already made a reservation, please ensure that you bring a tent.

Camping location is about 2 miles from the Grays/Torreys trailhead. It will be near the trailhead. Arrive anytime after 6pm on Saturday.

Hike:

We will be hiking Grays/Torreys along the standard route and will be leaving the lot at 6am sharp. The roundtrip distance is approximately 8.50 miles with an elevation gain of around 3,600′. The conditions for Grays/Torrey in late-July are typically superb, with very little expectation of snow along the route.

Important reminder: This is event is a social meetup, and not a guided or outfitted hike. Everyone should arrive with their own respective plan for the hike. There is no safety nor service implied. Just a bunch of friends getting together to hike a mountain. All participants are responsible for their own gear, supplies, food safety, and the safety of their party.
