Dakota Walz and his wife, Jasmin Menez, are the creative team behind Everything I Loved More. Dakota wrote the words and Jasmin made the book easy to look at. That is, she illustrated and created the layout. Between the two of them, they have over 20 years of storytelling and other creative endeavors behind them.
The book was brought to life on Kickstarter, with support from 198 backers. The campaign was a success due to the support from friends, family, communities, and people around the globe who are stoked on true adventure stories and the grit of self-made projects.
